Decora Inc (Decora) has a legacy in Yukon dating back to 1960, when it was founded as Decora Landscaping. In 1980 Randy Lewis purchased the company and expanded the family business offering professional landscaping, garden, and greenhouse services, launching the first circumpolar Indigenous seed nursery, Arctic Alpine Seed, branching to include specializing in reclamation and remediation of contaminated sites, and building to support food security and capacity development across Yukon.
Decora collaboratively developed baseball diamonds, soccer fields and school playgrounds in every Yukon community, while connecting with all Yukoners, from local green thumbs to leaders in Indigenous and International governments to help them move towards enhanced food security, diverse agri-food systems, curating beautiful spaces, and building better communities.
In August 2022, local entrepreneur Anne Lewis, daughter to Randy, re-launched Decora, building on the legacy and expanding to include gatherings and partnerships, creating spaces for local entrepreneurs and innovators to showcase their products and services. Today you can find many Lewis' at Decora, alongside an amazing and growing team!
We are excited to see you at our location on 7 Roundel Road in beautiful Whitehorse, or you can connect with us online!
